
Garlic Roasted Potatoes
Garlic and Italian spices turn these potatoes into a delectable side dish.
Ingredients
- 3 lbs potatoes red, white, russet, or yukon
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 4 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp Italian seasonings
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 375°F.
- Wash potatoes. Then, dice potatoes into bite-sized pieces (approx. ¼ inch).
- Peel garlic cloves. Mince garlic finely, or use a garlic press to mince.
- Place diced potatoes, minced garlic, and olive oil into a large bowl.
- Add parsley, Italian seasonings, garlic salt, and black pepper into the bowl.
- Mix potatoes, garlic, and seasonings together in the bowl, until all the potatoes are well coated with oil and seasonings.
- Spread potatoes evenly in a 9×13 baking dish.
- Bake potatoes at 375°F for 60 minutes.
